I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms being cleaned daily and fresh towels and sheets provided regularly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both sweet and savory, to suit everyone's tastes. The staff, although not fluent in English, were helpful and friendly.
No complaints.

The hotel had a central location, making it easy to explore the town and reach the ski lift. The spa services were fantastic, including a sauna, hydromassage, and warm swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service during our stay.
The hotel was a bit run down and in need of some updates. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, and the housekeeping service could be improved.

This hotel is in a great location in the city center and close to the old town. the ski lift is within walking distance, but unfortunately parking is not allowed. the rooms are comfortable and functional, with everything you need. the bathrooms are well-maintained and clean. the breakfast is filling and has plenty of options. the staff is helpful and friendly, despite language barriers. the lounge area has internet access and the bar is convenient.
The restaurant and facilities could use some updating and maintenance.

The hotel had a pretty good location, with shops and restaurants close by. the price was also affordable compared to other hotels in the area. the staff were friendly and tried to help us out the best they could. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
The hotel was not very clean, and we found spiders in our room. the furniture was outdated and damaged and the cleaning staff did not properly maintain the rooms.
